Technical Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Microsoft Dynamics NAV developer to join us immediately.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately resolve inquiries with a high level of professionalism, ensuring quality service level standards are met
- Work with project implementation teams with the purpose of leading client personnel through the tasks of preparing the system for use
- Assist with setup and configuration tasks such as accounting chart of accounts, posting groups, and dimensions
- Ensure data import processes are validated for accuracy
- Discuss software processes with the end-users to enable the effective use of software features and functions in the business environment
- Assist the Help Desk in troubleshooting issues and follow-up training
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Over 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules: GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Job Cost.
- Experience in working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV
- Analytical skills demonstrating the ability to analyze a situation and suggest a course of actions. This includes knowledge of accounting processes and financial statements
- Strong understanding of business flow and operations of medium to large projects
- Experience with Dynamics Navision consulting, and with add-ons and multiple modules
- Problem solving skills focused on identifying and filling gaps and proposing resolution
- Flexibility to respond appropriately and professionally to multiple simultaneous demands in a dynamically changing environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Diverse communication skills encompassing non-verbal, verbal, written, and listening techniques
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Interested applicants should possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve business software problems. Must be familiar with PC and laptop hardware components as well as a keen interest in computer-based information systems and technology
