Front Office Administrator

We are recruiting a great multitasker with strong communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates must be able to support management and all visitors to the organization by handling office duties, offering courteous and professional assistance by phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations, and being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Manage agendas/ appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Carries out outdoor activities such as bank transactions, bills payments, etc.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills (both English and French)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
